Quality Plan Administrators, Inc. (QPAI) provides "Third Party
Administration", training, health care consulting, PPO and
HMO style dental and optical plans for employer groups, local and
state governments, municipalities, and hospitals. QPAI has established
itself as a leader in the delivery of dental and optical care in
correctional institutions in the United
States.
Since its inception in 1986, QPAI has
established an excellent reputation in the health care community.
Its client base has expanded to include both private and public
institutions. QPAI
is currently administering a dental plan utilizing it's own network
of dental offices in a managed care cost containment program. QPAI
is also administering a vision plan with over 175 optical offices
in a managed care program. This combined Dental/Vision Managed Care
Plan services in excess of 90,000 lives in the District of Columbia.
QPAI currently delivers dental health care
services to over 30,000 inmates at correctional institutions in
the State of Massachusetts, Jessup and Cumberland Maryland, as well
as Dekalb County in Atlanta, Georgia. Although competing in the
open market, QPAI is minority owned and is certified as Third Party
Health Care Administrators in various parts of the United States.

in the Washington metropolitan area.
QPAI's primary emphasis is in providing a high quality, comprehensive
cost containment alternative to employer's current dental and
vision health care benefits. Through careful analysis of client's
current health care benefits and costs, QPAI is able to design
and implement alternative customized programs to meet client needs.
